Currently, there is a sufficient variety of different ideas for building a system of continuous professional education, however, most authors agree that the current situation requires constant development and self-development of a person as a subject of his own life.

Modern approaches such as professionally oriented, communicative and competence-based approaches in teaching a foreign language are core issues for all areas of higher education today. One of the areas of teaching English for the specialty is English for medical purposes. English for medical purposes is taught from a real-world perspective, which means teaching English is context-specific and vocabulary in many countries around the world. This article deals with issues of the teaching students of medical specialties in English for special purposes and provides a brief overview of the specific characteristics of medical English and exercises aimed at mastering at professional vocabulary acquisition in mixed-level learning groups.

Based on the theoretical and methodological foundations of self-identification, it is important not only to determine its essence and its relationship to other events close to it, but also to reveal its socio-psychological mechanism.

An analysis of the scientific literature on research problems shows that, first of all, self-determination is essentially a special process, a mental activity aimed at analyzing the external world, distinguishing its content and significance, generalizing the identified objects.

Approach: This examination has been done on existing information about Iranian qualities and mentalities. A few influence like sexual orientation, age, schooling level, work circumstance, conjugal circumstance have been concentrated in this examination. The article analyzes in detail the role of social protection in the life of the population. This article describes the civil service in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the civil service system, regulatory documents, the need and importance of their improvement. At the same time, the article focuses on improving the procedure for admission, passage and termination of civil service, labor and responsibility of civil servants in general, reducing a number of legal gaps in the legislation on civil service, creating a transparent mechanism for admission and transition to the civil service, including the development of selection procedures , training and placement of modern and innovative personnel in the public service. In addition, proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve the civil service in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

One of the most important aims of modern pedagogy is the education of spiritually minded people. An important role in this is played by technologies based on education and upbringing. The article presents comparative and analytical approach on the topic and recommends the use of effective technologies for teaching students.

Anti-dumping is among of the important trade protection measures that imported countries use against oversea enterprises. The United States is considered one of the most countries use anti-dumping measures to protect the domestic product market from the foreign competitors exporting identical or similar products into the US market. Vietnam’s exporters also have to face the US anti-dumping investigations, becoming a barrier to the favorable trade flow from Vietnam to the United States. This article uses the data on trade between the US and Vietnam for many years to takes a close look at the importance of promoting and developing bilateral trade between the two countries; as well as point out the remarkable changes of Vietnam’s export to the US before and after initiating anti-dumping investigations. Based on the importance of bilateral trade cooporation and the impacts of the US anti-dumping actions to Vietnam’s export, this article gives several implications to Vietnamese exporters to avoid the US antidumping investigations.

This article examines the features of the validity of the ideas of liberalism in the socio-political life of society, its manifestations, its achievements and some critical views on this doctrine. So far, the lack of special philosophical monographs devoted to the teachings of liberalism indicates the importance of research in this direction. Having studied the socio-philosophical aspects of this ideology, the author considers it appropriate to comprehensively study the features of the validity of liberal ideas.The article considers the priority of this problem in modern society from the point of view of the manifestation of the conceptual foundations of liberal-democratic ideas.On the basis of the reform of society and the formation of a socially oriented market economy, a deeper analysis of the socio-political strategic goals and objectives of the idea of liberalism, tested in the world experience, the sustainable development of the country, the implementation of fundamental and urgent tasks aimed at achieving the well-being of the population is necessary.

The article analyzes the philosophical and political interpretation of liberalism. From a practical point of view, the methodological relations of the explanation and acceptance of modern forms of liberalism in relation to the classical content are based on the ideas of the classics about the modern analysis of liberalism. The positive role of classical liberalism, the struggle against absolutism on the basis of political instruments were considered as scientifically and philosophically grounded teachings and progressive humanistic transformations of public consciousness. The "classical" and "neoliberal" currents of liberalism are also analyzed. The essence of the philosophy of liberalism is explained.

This article discusses the politicization of the activities of Naqshbandi orders, the growing influence of the state and society since the death of Amir Temur and the struggle for the throne, which began in the kingdom between his children and grandchildren. After the death of Amir Temur, the Timurid Empire was mainly divided into two major centers, Samarkand and Herat, and its historical significance was discussed as well.

This article discusses studying of Mavardi’s work «Al-ahkom as-sultoniyya va-l-valoyot ad-diniyya» the oriental state governing and political – legal doctrine. The main aim of «Al-Ahkom as-sultoniyya va-l-valoyot ad-diniyya» was reforming of public problems and enrichment of political rights by comprehensively proved doctrines. The given work acquired the status of the constitutional doctrine, the legal doctrine for the Abbasids state in ХI century, and carried out function of the basic aid on the subjects of statehood and political rights.

The article is devoted to problem the history of Uzbekistan`s timing.  In the present case, the history of failure is about the achievement and defect of archeological, chronological, dynastic, formational ethnographic and civilizational approaches.

The range of sources devoted to the study of the history of the 16th century depicted the struggles for the territories of Ferghana valley. The aim of the present paper is to thoroughly examine the historical data and information about Sheybanids and their reign in the territory of Ferghana valley, and the struggles of Sultans from the historical resources and give the author’s assumptions on this matter. The methods as historical-comparative and analytical descriptive have been used while doing research. The results of the research are the inferences of Khaydar and Babur’s sources, which reveal the verisimilar description of the events. From the secondary research of literature the author showed the consequences led to the reign of Sheybaniy Sultans in Ferghana valley.

This style is considered qualitative sociology style, and its main importance was based with the possibility of how generation changing influenced to the process which happened in society.

The article explores the national features of Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist and Isajon Sultan's The Free. The course of events and philosophy of both works are close to each other. The dream-goal of the protagonists is given in a similar way to the images of the journey process. A large-scale study of linguistic problems from the point of view of comparative linguistics and linguistic translation poses new common challenges for the science of the 21st century. One such problem is the study of translated texts from an anthropocentric position. Anthropocentric study of translated texts means showing the uniqueness of a particular people. In this article, research work on phraseology, formed on the basis of a comparative model, and, therefore, "similarities" in a particular language and culture, reflect the way of thinking and imagination of this people in the texts of the Uzbek-Korean and Korean-Uzbek translation. Linguistic and cultural comparative study of "phraseology" - one of the most important aspects of the topic.

A series of plot works of a formative nature are common in Eastern literature. The works of Firdavsi, Nizami Ganjavi, Khisrav Dehlavi, Alisher Navoi, consisting of seven works depicting the image of Bahrom, have been published in different versions in oral literature. Such works, which contain many incisive events in one work, were loved and read by the people of their time. In Uzbek literature, such works have been translated and reworked from Persian-Tajik. This article provides information on a prose translation of “Bahrom and Gulandom”. Information is provided on the authors who carried out the translation and on the process of its publication in lithographic printing. The study of works of Uzbek literature, such as “Bahrom and Dilorom”, “Bahrom and Gulandom”, analyzes some aspects of tradition and originality.

The article describes the specifics of the system of financing of small business and entrepreneurship in the recent history of Uzbekistan, the funds allocated for small business and entrepreneurship, the activities of commercial banks and the financial and banking system, some problems in the field. It also noted that since the early days of independence, a unique business environment has been created in the country to support the interests of entrepreneurs in the framework of development programs in this area, data on the role of financial mechanisms in the further development of small business and entrepreneurship in the country have been studied from a historical point of view. It analyzes the important factors and strategies of banks' participation in the development of business and entrepreneurship.

This article presents additional tasks that contribute to the moral and economic education of older preschool children.

In the agrarian field, which is one of the leading sectors of the economy of the Republic, a multi-ukladic economy based on various forms of ownership and Economic Conduct has been restored. The development of Agriculture on an innovative basis in the current period, in which the processes of economic development are rapidly developing, the rational and effective use of the formed scientific potential and the created property serves to increase the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, further strengthen the position of the products grown in the domestic and foreign markets.

The article describes some of the shortcomings encountered in achieving these goals and comments on their elimination and leads to the fact that they have a low indicator in achieving economic efficiency. This article, which is proposed, is aimed at covering the implementation of the credit - module system in the educational practice of the Higher education of Uzbekistan on the basis of experiments of developed countries and, in other words, the implementation of this system in the field of computer science education. Furthermore, to compare the Uzbek translation of the work to the original, to recognize inconsistencies and problems in translation are also in the center of discussion. The author's neologisms are also examined in terms of their types, structure, and content. The methods of translating newly coined words will be considered, depending on the content and style of their production.

Foreign language study is an increasingly prominent part of education everywhere. Not only are high school students nearly always required to study a foreign language, but many lower and middle schools have added foreign languages to their curricula, whether as enrichment or a requirement. While it has long been recognized in the learning disabilities field that foreign language study would be a terrific challenge to learning disabled students, somehow this fact has been widely ignored in the field of foreign language instruction and in schools in general until very recently.  The following article looks into the ways to teach foreign languages to students with learning disabilities.

The global challenges of our time forced everyone to reconsider their views on the issue of teaching
and educating the younger generation, especially schoolchildren. In a pandemic, the traditional
organization of the educational process was impossible due to quarantine. No one was completely
ready for such an outcome of circumstances, neither the educational system nor the parents, who
always relied on teachers and entrusted them with the upbringing of their child.

Development of a new educational system for the formation of young people as members of a highly enlightened society through the use of classical literature, which is our spiritual heritage, the definition of artistic, aesthetic, scientific and pedagogical bases of teaching classical literature, It is important to develop methods of teaching classical literature, depending on the age of students, as well as the application of advanced innovative educational technologies in this process.

The article provides a scientific analysis of the manifestation of elements of consensus in the new phase of reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021. At the heart of the reforms is the realization of human interests, the consideration of public opinion by government agencies and the manifestation of a culture of consensus in the practical work carried out on the principle of "pleasing the people."

“Hayrat ul-Abror” is a work with a unique structure and complex composition among the epic poems of “Hamsa”. The next four epics of “Khamsa” have a complete plot. However, the first epic composition is classified into three groups: 1) the whole composition of the epic; 2) composition of articles; 3) composition of stories. Stories have a special place in the epic. They come after each article and, in the form of a contribution from the story, develop and prove the ideas and views put forward by the author in the article. The study of the poetics of the stories, a deep understanding of their essence, allows us to fully understand the basis of the parables put forward in the articles that are directly the ideological basis of the epic.

The article discusses the genre of the epic and its place in the series of genres of epic tours, the issues of the writer’s skill in fully expressing the possibilities of the genre, the peculiarities of the plot and compositional structure. It reveals ideological and artistic content of the epic “Eighties” by the poet Sirojiddin Sayyid.

The article explores the norealistic elements used as a poetic tool in illuminating the protagonist’s psyche. In particular, the problem of artistic psychologism was seriously studied through the analysis of the image of a driverless bus in the novel “A Thousand and One Images” (Ming bir qiyofa) and the motives of the characters to change places with the demands of the situation.

Through speech, a person expresses his thoughts, feelings, and desires, and understands the thoughts, feelings, and desires of others. Speech will be oral and written. Spoken speech is a typical colloquial speech, which is more about tone and different gestures. It uses almost no complex grammatical devices or conjunctions. Since the conditionals themselves are a complicated topic for both teachers and learners, mixed conditionals raise more confusion among L2 learners in Uzbekistan. Therefore, mixed conditionals are one of the most troublesome issues that EFL learners struggle to understand and use. This article focuses on (1) learners’ difficulties in understanding this grammar rule and (2) easier ways of explaining mixed conditionals to the students with the help of focus-on-form and focus-on-meaning activities.
