This study examines the value-added distribution in the brown sugar (Saka) groindustry in Bukik Batabuah Village, Canduang Sub-district, Agam Regency. The research aims to identify the key factors influencing value addition and to analyze how the benefits are distributed among different stakeholders in the production chain. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, data were collected through interviews with local producers, field observations, and financial analysis of production costs and revenues. The findings reveal significant disparities in value distribution, with primary producers receiving a smaller share compared to middlemen and final sellers. The study highlights the need for strategic interventions to enhance value capture by primary producers, including improved production techniques, market access, and cooperative frameworks. Recommendations are provided to optimize value distribution and promote sustainable economic growth within the local groindustry.

This article identifies and scientifically substantiates the influence of the ecological environment of the Parkent, Kibray and Olmalik districts of the Tashkent region on the quality and physical properties of honey.

We studied milk yield of cows in experimental groups in relation to live weight. In group I, cows with a live weight of 460 kg were described, the amount of milk obtained from them was 461-480 kg, 481-520 kg, and 367.5, respectively, of cows with a live weight of 521 kg and more; 485.0 and 512.5 kg, milk fat output 11.9; 17.0 and 18.6 kg, the amount of milk with 4% is 295.3; 425.4 and 463.9 kg were higher. But cows with high live weight in groups II and III showed high milk yield. Among them, the milk yield of cows with live weight of 501 kg and more in group II was 480 kg, 783.3 and 821.7 kg, respectively, compared to cows with 481-500 kg. was high, in group III cows with a live weight of 501 kg and more compared to the cows of this group with a live weight of 450 kg, 451-470 kg, 471-500 kg, respectively 855.0 kg, 548.7 and 848.7 It was noted that it changed to kg.

In this article, the level of milk coverage of the Holstein cows of the German breeding breed is inextricably linked with their milk yield. During the feeding of Holstein cows of German selection on the basis of the Tula value ration using local feed in the conditions of the Tashkent region, 8038.81 kg of EOB, 5969.55 kg of food unit were consumed for 5473.5 kg of milk in group II cows whose MR ration was increased by 15% in the lactation period of 305 days. , if 5482.81 kg of 4% milk was produced, the cows fed the farm ration MR consumed an average of 6859.5 kg of EOB, 5101.58 kg of food unit, compared to group II equal cows by 881.5 kg or 16.1% (P ˃0.999) less milk was produced.

This study evaluates the performance of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) Wheat Seed-cum-Fertilizer Plot Drill within a pearl millet-wheat cropping system established on permanent raised beds. The primary aim is to determine the drill's effectiveness in terms of seed placement accuracy, fertilizer distribution, crop emergence rates, and overall yield. Field trials were conducted over two growing seasons, with data collected on seedling emergence, plant vigor, and grain yield. Results indicate that the IARI plot drill enhances seed and fertilizer placement precision, leading to improved crop establishment and higher yields compared to traditional methods. The permanent raised beds further contributed to better water management and reduced soil compaction. These findings suggest that adopting the IARI Wheat Seed-cum-Fertilizer Plot Drill in conjunction with permanent raised bed farming can significantly benefit pearl millet-wheat rotations, promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
