Concept And Types Of Computer Information As Evidence In The Criminal Process Of The Republic Of Uzbekistan

In this article the concept of information, the right to access information, computer information are
studied and discussed. In addition, the provisions on the information society are disclosed. Also, in
the article the types of computer information and some features of their use in criminal proceedings
are defined and disclosed.
