DOI: Conclusion And Registration Of Contracts In The Field Of Telecommunication Services

This article provides a legal analysis of the procedure for concluding and registration of contracts in
the field of telecommunication services. It presents the author’s approach on the appropriateness of
liberalizing to a certain extent the practice of defining the process of conclusion and execution of
contracts on the provision of telecommunication services by regulatory acts, as well as determining
the rules on the procedure for concluding an agreement at the legislative level.
