The results of ecological and cenotic analysis of wild relatives of cultivated plants (DRC) of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm are presented.  Based on the classification of P. V. Kulikov (2005), a system was developed, where 8 ecologo-cenotic groups of DSCS were identified, and the resulting groups were divided into 16 subgroups. Ecological-cenotic analysis showed that the DSCS of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm are mainly plants of deserts and meadows (58.5%). However, a significant share (19.9%) is made up of species with a narrow ecological amplitude, confined to specific habitats: saline soils and coastal (coastal and coastal-meadow). Desert-tope species are among the most vulnerable, 12 of which need to be preserved also because 3 of them are endemic and one is a relict species, which, due to their adaptation to extreme environmental conditions, can contain valuable genetic information.

In this scientific article, new Buzuluk and Irtish fast-ripening and the local Dilbar varieties of sunflower from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Oilseeds named after V.S. Pustovayt were planted in 70x20, 70x25, 70x30, 70x35 planting scheme, and among the varieties Buzuluk variety showed high results. Dilbar, Buzuluk varieties were found to have high yields in the 70x30 sowing scheme (27.5 and 32.6 ts/ha), and Irtish varieties in the 70x25 sowing scheme (25.6 ts/ha).

The article substantiates the scientific basis for the protection of wild relatives of cultivated plants in Karakalpakstan. According to the classification, 10 species (or 5, 8%) were included in the category of rare species. These are representatives of 7 families from 9 genera. The category of species whose range is declining includes 9 species from 7 families and 9 genera. Micro-foci of maximum concentration of DSCR were identified, and it was proposed to create 5 more OPTs in them. It is also proposed to declare the populations of Malacocarpus crithmifolius (Retz) C.A. Mey., Amygdalus spinossisima Bunge and Ammodendron longiracemosum Raik as natural monuments.

The results of systematic review of wild relatives of cultivated plants (WRCP) of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm are presented.

In the flora of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, 171 species of wild relatives of cultivated plants belonging to 117 genera and 39 families are recorded. The largest number of WRCP species is found in the Chenopodiaceae. Family, there are 11 general, 29 species in it, which is 9.44 and 16.9 %%, respectively. The family Poaceae has 25 species of wild relatives, concentrated in 20 genera (14.6% and 17.12%, respectively). The third place belongs to the Fabaceae family and Asteraceae: 15 (8.77%) and 13 (7.6%) species, respectively, belonging to 10 (8.56%) genera were recorded in it. Family - Brassicaceae - represented in the outbreak by 11 (9.44%) genera, in which 13 (7.6%) species are wild relatives of cultivated plants or are close to cultivated.

The purpose of this article is to select from the existing collection orchards of apricot such varieties that are resistant to natural and climatic conditions and possess valuable biological and economic characteristics, as well as to select and introduce promising high-yielding varieties.

The article presents the results of testing microbiological preparations Bioslip BT and Bioslip BW against cotton scoop on tomato. The results of the experiment showed that in the experimental variants treated with Bioslip BT at a rate of 1.0-1.5 kg/ha and Bioslip BW at a rate of 2.0-3.0 l / ha, the efficiency was, respectively, on the 14th day after treatment 77.9-91.2%; 70.2-87.3%.
