The article discusses regime of working hours and analyzed the regime of working
time in Uzbekistan and in some foreign countries. The legal regulation of the regime of
working hours, some types of working hours are considered, which are currently relevant
and require special attention in order to properly the choice of working hours, which entails
efficiency, competitiveness, economic viability and competitiveness enterprises. It is also
proposed to make appropriate changes, additions to the norms labor laws to resolve
disagreements between parties to labor relations.

Tivland is not developed. About 70% of 3.9 million population in Tivland are
small-holder farmers and micro-entrepreneurs who are funded by informal self-help
financial groups (ISHFGs), which are not supported by external funding. Using in-depth
interviews and participant observation methods, the study sought to identify the major
types of ISHFGs in Tivland, how they generate funds, how they are sustained, their role in
micro-enterprise development, and their challenges. The study revealed that there are three
major types of ISHFGs in Tivland. They generate funds through savings deposits and
interests on loans. They are sustained by group trust/cohesion. They have created easy
access to micro-credit, and have empowered members for in income generating activities.
Their major challenges are limited funds, bad leadership, no networks and external funding.
The study concludes that ISHFGs in Tivland need networks for external funding,
management/leadership trainings and close monitoring and evaluation of their operations.

The article discusses topical issues of the legal status of advocacy structures, the
current state of advocacy in the Republic of Uzbekistan, areas for improvement of the advocacy
structures, the existence of commercial, non-commercial and mixed forms of advocacy on the example
of foreign countries.

The article discusses the issues of established requirements regarding the legality,
validity and fairness of civil court decisions. Currently, issues related to the implementation
of the principle of justice in the judicial sphere play a key role. It is not a secret for anyone
that the well-known principle of justice is fixed at the legislative level, however, the presence
of judicial errors is a fairly frequent occurrence in law enforcement practice. In the article,
the aforementioned principle of justice and its manifestations in the sphere of the
implementation of court decisions are analyzed. This issue clarifies and forms the need to
use the principle of justice in making an objective and reasonable court decision. In addition,
theoretical reasons and conditions of unfair court decisions are described in detail, and
constructive mechanisms to combat judicial errors are highlighted. As a result of the study,
it was concluded that the illegality and injustice of the court decision directly depends on
both external and internal (psychological) factors.
