This article looks to know the job of encounters and organizations of amiability in the country's stories among a gathering of financial specialists and heads having a place with different business relationship in Lima. These insights, portrayals and encounters were created inside the structure of the postulation "Examination of the talk on Peruvian culture in the fundamental business relationship of Lima". Accordingly, research originates from the need to consider the most special areas of Peruvian culture from human sciences since it assists with seeing how force is practiced in Latin America.
