The article is devoted to the contribution of the famous Uzbek orientalist, doctor of historical sciences, academician Yusupova Dilorom Yunusovna to the development of source studies. It contains information about the life and work of D.Yu. Yusupova. In particular, the importance of scientific research conducted by a scientist and published scientific works is emphasized. The article also provides information on the traditions of the scientific school created by the scientist.
