Abstract
The article discusses the concept of joint activities and the legal basis for its implementation, as well
as existing methods and approaches. The author analyzes the issues of joint activities in civil law with
and without a legal entity and comes to the conclusion that the main criterion is that the partners do
all the work by mutual consent.
