Abstract
During the years of independence, our ancient history, rich cultural and spiritual heritage, national statehood, customs and traditions have been restored, the mausoleums, mosques and madrasas of our saints, which were on the verge of extinction, have been overhauled. Today, such noble qualities as kindness, tolerance, solidarity, respect for national and universal values, a sense of belonging to the destiny and future of the Motherland are deeply rooted in our hearts.
