This study evaluates the feasibility and benefits of installing solar energy systems on the rooftops of livestock housing facilities. With growing energy demands in agricultural sectors and increasing attention to sustainability, utilizing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on these buildings presents a promising solution for renewable energy generation. We assess the energy potential of solar panels based on roof orientation, surface area, and local solar irradiance data. Furthermore, we examine economic considerations, including cost savings, return on investment, and potential incentives for solar adoption. The study also explores the benefits of solar energy systems in maintaining temperature stability within livestock facilities, which can positively impact animal welfare. Our findings indicate that rooftop solar installations can significantly contribute to energy self-sufficiency in livestock farms, reduce operational costs, and support sustainable farming practices. This research provides a framework for livestock farmers to integrate solar technology as part of a sustainable energy strategy.

The ecology of Pontastacus leptodactylus (Eschschscholtz, 1823) in the water bodies of the Mirzachul region is considered. This species is widespread in the region's freshwater ecosystems and plays an important role as a bioindicator of the state of aquatic ecosystems. The study focuses on the analysis of the habitat of Pontastacus leptodactylus, including the physicochemical parameters of water, such as temperature, oxygen level, transparency, mineralization, and the dynamics of flow velocity and depth. The primary focus is on how this species responds to changes in these parameters and its sensitivity to anthropogenic factors, which allows it to be used as an indicator of water quality. The role of Pontastacus leptodactylus in assessing the ecological state of water bodies is analyzed, and recommendations are proposed for using this species for monitoring water resources in the Mirzachul region.

Farm workers are frequently exposed to a wide range of environmental pollutants, including pesticides, fertilizers, and industrial emissions, which can pose significant health risks. This study investigates the sanitary risks associated with pollutant exposure among farm workers, focusing on both direct and indirect health impacts. Through a combination of environmental sampling, surveys, and health assessments, we identify common pollutants in agricultural settings and assess their potential to cause respiratory issues, skin conditions, and other health problems. Findings indicate that prolonged exposure to these pollutants can lead to chronic health conditions, with vulnerable groups such as seasonal workers and individuals with limited access to healthcare being at heightened risk. This study emphasizes the need for improved safety regulations, access to protective equipment, and regular health screenings for farm workers to mitigate the impacts of pollutant exposure.

This article presents data on the evolution of irrigated meadow and meadow takyr soils, humus reserves in Gijduvan district of Bukhara region. In 1984, the humus content in the arable layer of irrigated meadow soils was 1.14% with a reserve of 38.8 t/ha. In 2022, the humus content was 1.12% with a reserve of 43.5 t/ha. In 1984, the humus content in meadow takyr soils was 0.85%, reserves-23.6 t/ha, in 2022 the humus content was 0.82%, reserves-27.9 t/ha. Over 38 years, humus reserves in meadow soils increased by 4.7 t/ha, and in meadow-barren soils - by 4.3 t/ha.
