Improving the students' communicative competence in the teaching of foreign languages
is one of the important tasks of modern pedagogy. The purpose of this article is to
promote the effectiveness of teaching foreign languages on the basis of the
communicative language teaching (CLT), as well as to increase the communicative
competence of the student in English using authentic materials.
