The article deals with the theoretical and methodological features of the development of
creative abilities in the field of fine arts in higher education, analysis of scientific research
on this issue, methods of conducting fine arts lessons, the need for students to learn how
to work with different visual aids in lessons, the importance of an individual approach to
students in the educational process, the use of design methods in high school.
