THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SIGNIFICANCE OF STRELITZIA IN FLORICULTURE: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract

"The Social and Economic Significance of Strelitzia in Floriculture: A Comprehensive Analysis" provides a thorough examination of the importance of Strelitzia, commonly known as the bird of paradise flower, in the floriculture industry. This comprehensive analysis explores the social and economic dimensions associated with Strelitzia cultivation, trade, and consumption. The study investigates market demand, economic impact, cultural and symbolic value, social perceptions, and community impact related to Strelitzia. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including literature review, data collection, and analysis, the findings shed light on the significant role Strelitzia plays in generating employment, income, and overall economic growth. Additionally, the study reveals the cultural significance of Strelitzia and its positive social perceptions. The results contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the broader implications and value associated with Strelitzia in the context of the floriculture industry.
