The article presents the data obtained based on the study of productivity characteristics of the Karabash, Massino, Samurai, Uzbek Pakana and Uzbek-18 varieties of sorghum under different moisture conditions. It was determined that some of the indicators that determine the productivity in different moisture conditions - the growth rate of the varieties, the expansion of the leaf surface, the net productivity of photosynthesis, etc., change at different levels in the cross-section of the varieties, depending on the level of their resistance.

The findings aim to provide valuable insights into the potential for cultivar improvement and sustainable orchard management. This research contributes to the broader understanding of custard apple cultivation, emphasizing the significance of preserving and harnessing genetic diversity for the advancement of horticultural practices.

This study investigates the effects of supplementing torch ginger flower extract in commercial feed on the nutrition and health of local male ducks. Torch ginger (Etlingera elatior) is known for its potential health benefits due to its rich phytochemical content. Male ducks were fed with commercial feed enriched with torch ginger flower extract, and their growth performance, nutrient utilization, and health parameters were evaluated over a specified period. Results indicate promising outcomes in terms of improved nutrition and health markers among the ducks fed with the supplemented feed. This research sheds light on the potential of torch ginger flower extract as a dietary supplement for enhancing the nutrition of local male ducks and warrants further exploration in poultry nutrition.
