This article is aimed to study of trends in the development of securities market law in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzed the theoretical foundations of the securities market law as a complex branch of law and studied the experience of foreign countries in this area. Also, in the article the author analyzes the connection between the securities market law and other branches of law, such as civil law, financial law and corporate law.

This article analyzes the types of investigative and other procedural actions, the conduction of which is enshrined in the criminal procedural law, as well as procedural actions that are reflected in other legislative acts, or are not regulated in any way, however, nevertheless, in practice they are widely used, for which, legal regulation needed. A comparative analysis and comparison with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for conducting a pre-investigation check was carried out, as well as investigative and procedural actions allowed at this stage were studied, as well as issues of ensuring the protection of the rights and freedoms of persons involved in a pre-investigation check were considered. The importance and relevance of environmental expertise of draft regulatory legal acts in the context of a significant increase in the impact of environmental problems on the life of each state, society and person is revealed. It has been established that the regulatory legal acts regulating these relations do not fully reflect the capabilities of modern approaches and technologies. Foreign models in this area, the influence of theoretical concepts on legislation are evaluated. In addition, the use of artificial intelligence in the use of natural resources was predicted. Among the global trends in the development of environmental law, the processes of globalization and the stages of penetration of information and communication technologies stand out. Issues of further improvement of the mechanisms for the use of some natural resources that are part of public services and increasing the interest of state bodies in this area were discussed. Proposals for the development of new normative legal acts or for the introduction of amendments and additions to them were put forward and classified according to their nature.

An important role in this process is played by the activities of state authorities and administration, as well as legal services of economic entities. Legal service of these bodies and economic entities - from the process of preparation, legal expertise, adoption of draft regulatory legal acts to ensuring their implementation; conclusion, amendment, termination and execution of business contracts; ensuring the safety of property by legal means; compliance with labor legislation and strengthening labor discipline; protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the relevant authorities and business entities in courts and other organizations; takes an active part in legal education.

As you know, the role and importance of the legal service in the formation of the rule of law and civil society is increasing. Therefore, a scientific and practical analysis of issues related to the concept and essence of the legal service, the improvement of the foundations of the legal regulation of its activities, as well as the legal foundations and specifics of the activities of the legal service in foreign countries is required. In addition, there is a need to study the system, legal status and main activities of the legal service based on a new approach. Therefore, along with a systematic study of the legal service system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its legal status, the main activities of public authorities, economic management and legal services of economic entities, there is a need to develop sound conclusions, proposals and recommendations from the point of view of legal science and practice.

Therefore, the concept and features of the contract of voluntary medical insurance, the procedure for its conclusion, the importance of determining the subject of the contract are investigated. Also important is the role of the voluntary medical insurance contract in the system of insurance relations, the procedure and conditions for its application in the legislation and the formation of a special legal framework governing these relations.
