Abstract

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the norms of the current Criminal Code establishing responsibility for the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and on its basis the author puts forward his proposals for improving the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
