Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies in the world is having a significant impact on all spheres of state and social life, including the legal system and the activities of the judiciary. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data (Big Data), machine learning (Machine Learning), and neural networks are widely used in the fields of public administration, economy, medicine, education, and law. In particular, the introduction of digital technologies in the activities of the judiciary is becoming an important factor in increasing the efficiency of justice, reducing the time for considering court cases, and expanding the opportunities for citizens to apply to court.
