This article gives information on Step-by-step rehabilitation of children with congenital
clearance of the upper lip and palate. A review of the reported data on the frequency of
birth, prevalence, territorial peculiarities, clinical manifestations, organization of medical
aid to children with congenital cleft lip and palate, staged rehabilitation is presented in the
paper.
