The article deals with the issues of meeting the growing needs of the population in the
current complex socio-economic and environmental conditions, the full and effective use
of domestic potential to replace imported fruits and vegetables, sustainable development
of the fruit and vegetable sector through agricultural modernization and reform. The
advantages and opportunities of growing fruits and vegetables in Uzbekistan are
scientifically covered.
