The development of stability-indicating analytical methods is pivotal for ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical formulations. This study focuses on the quantitative analysis of Tiemonium Methylsulphate in the presence of its degradation products using spectrophotometric techniques. Tiemonium Methylsulphate, a quaternary ammonium derivative with therapeutic applications, is prone to degradation under various conditions. Degradation products can compromise the efficacy and safety of pharmaceutical products. The present research aims to establish stability-indicating methods capable of accurately quantifying Tiemonium Methylsulphate even in complex matrices with co-existing degradation products. Forced degradation studies were conducted to generate degradation products under different stress conditions. The developed spectrophotometric methods were applied to analyze these degraded samples. The methods were validated in terms of linearity, precision, accuracy, and specificity. Additionally, the limits of detection and quantification were determined. The results highlight the robustness and effectiveness of the developed stability-indicating methods in accurately quantifying Tiemonium Methylsulphate in the presence of its degradation products. These methods hold significant potential for ensuring the quality and efficacy of pharmaceutical formulations

The paper presents the results of comparative tests of physical and mechanical properties of experimental samples of construction bitumen composition in laboratory conditions. It is concluded that the experimental sample №11, obtained according to the formulation developed by the author, in comparison with other samples, allows to obtain a high-quality construction bitumen composition. The developed construction bitumen composition is recommended to be used as a waterproofing material as a coating of foundations and building structures.

The Digital Fuel Economizer utilizes real-time data acquisition and analysis to provide drivers with actionable insights into their driving habits and fuel consumption patterns. By incorporating advanced sensors and data processing algorithms, the device offers personalized feedback and recommendations to promote fuel-saving practices. The study presents the design methodology, hardware and software components, and validation results of the Digital Fuel Economizer. The findings highlight the potential of this technology to contribute to greener and more cost-effective transportation.

Critical thinking is one of the most crucial skills not only in education but also throughout the life. Despite the fact that critical thinking has been studied by scientists and researchers for a long time, it has not still lost its relevance in the educational process. This paper focuses on the educational program of specialized schools in Uzbekistan, as an example Bukhara Presidential school. Like every regional ones, it has all conditions for gifted children acquiring knowledge from international qualified teachers along with well-equipped classrooms. Also, this paper has examined analyses of thinking -based approach in teaching – learning process and the outcome of the current methodology. As a result numerous students are becoming the winners of the international Olympiads, contests and get their further education at the top universities of the world. By identifying, selecting and training talented children, creating conditions for their comprehensive development, such schools also reveal the intellectual, scientific and creative potential of students. It is worth to note that, all 14 Presidential schools in the republic of Uzbekistan have the only aim: To prepare future leaders of the nation who can be competitive personnel capable of meeting world standards.

The purpose of this work is to report on the reestablishment of the patient's occlusion through the surgical removal of mesiodens in the palate. A 15-year-old male patient sought care at the dental clinic at Nilton Lins University accompanied by his guardian, carrying a panoramic radiograph and presenting aesthetic discomfort due to fracture of tooth 21 as the main complaint, the clinical evaluation verified the presence of a structure similar to a supernumerary tooth, this structure prevented a satisfactory occlusion of the patient, destabilizing the lower arch and acting on the intrusion effect of the lower incisors of the third quadrant. Based on the clinical characteristics presented along with the imaging exam, the person responsible for the removal of the mesiodens for occlusal reestablishment and subsequent fabrication of composite resin restoration with return of the disocclusion guide was chosen. The mesiodens was extracted and the occlusal normality was reestablished. Therefore, in view of the clinical resolution presented, the treatment was satisfactory, allowing the advancement to the restorative stages, and returning a normal pattern of the patient's occlusal profile.
