An Advanced Framework for Efficient Agrochemical Delivery Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Precision Farming

Dr. Nguyen Minh Quang

Read Abstract

The integration of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) into precision agriculture has transformed agrochemical application by improving operational efficiency, reducing labor requirements, and enhancing spray precision. Traditional spraying systems often suffer from uneven coverage, excessive chemical consumption, environmental contamination, and limited accessibility in complex agricultural terrains. This study proposes an advanced framework for efficient agrochemical delivery using UAV-based spraying technologies within precision farming systems. The framework integrates flight planning, droplet atomization control, spray drift mitigation, real-time monitoring, and application optimization. A comprehensive review and synthesis of existing studies are conducted to evaluate technological developments, operational effectiveness, and performance limitations of UAV spraying platforms. The proposed framework emphasizes precision targeting, adaptive spray management, and environmental sustainability. Findings indicate that UAV-enabled agrochemical delivery significantly improves deposition efficiency, reduces off-target drift, and enhances operational productivity compared with conventional spraying methods. The study contributes a structured model for future UAV deployment strategies while identifying key technological and regulatory challenges affecting large-scale adoption.

An Analytical Framework for Integrating Ecological Networks and Community Spaces: A Study of Greenway Development Models in Italy

Dr. Efua D. Amoah, Prof. Yaw K. Ofori

Read Abstract

The integration of ecological networks with community-oriented spatial systems has emerged as a critical strategy in advancing sustainable land-use planning and environmental management. Greenways, as multifunctional landscape infrastructures, provide a structured mechanism for linking ecological conservation with socio-cultural and economic development. This study develops an analytical framework for evaluating and optimizing greenway development models in Italy, focusing on their capacity to integrate ecological connectivity and community accessibility. Drawing exclusively on established literature, the research synthesizes theoretical constructs, planning methodologies, and practical implementations within the Italian and international context. The study introduces a multi-dimensional evaluation model encompassing ecological integrity, spatial continuity, socio-economic engagement, and governance efficiency. Findings reveal that successful greenway systems in Italy demonstrate a hybrid planning approach combining historical landscape preservation, spatial modeling techniques, and participatory governance. However, limitations persist in terms of fragmented policy implementation, uneven spatial distribution, and insufficient integration of advanced analytical tools. The study contributes to the field of environmental and sustainable systems by proposing a structured framework adaptable to both rural and peri-urban contexts, emphasizing the role of greenways as catalysts for ecological resilience and community cohesion.

An Integrated Analytical Approach to Advancing Controlled In Vitro Cultivation Systems for Parasitoids

Dr. Kofi B. Owusu, Dr. Nana Y. Asante

Read Abstract

The development of controlled in vitro cultivation systems for parasitoids represents a transformative advancement in biological pest control and sustainable agriculture. Traditional rearing techniques relying on live hosts pose limitations related to scalability, cost efficiency, and ecological consistency. This study proposes an integrated analytical framework for optimizing in vitro rearing systems, focusing on parasitoids such as Trichogramma spp. and Habrobracon hebetor. By synthesizing existing empirical and experimental research, the paper establishes a structured model incorporating artificial diet formulation, environmental control parameters, host mimicry systems, and bioecological adaptability. The study critically evaluates technological constraints and proposes system-level enhancements for improved mass production. Findings indicate that hybridized rearing architectures combining artificial egg systems, hemolymph-based diets, and adaptive environmental modeling significantly improve survival rates, reproductive efficiency, and scalability. The research contributes to agricultural biotechnology by offering a robust, sustainable, and economically viable approach to parasitoid cultivation, with implications for integrated pest management (IPM) systems.
