The speaker critiques Uzbekistan's laws regarding entrepreneurship and private property, asserting that they lack confidence and do not adequately serve or protect business entities. Despite recent reforms making economic courts more progressive and transparent, they still fail to meet entrepreneurs' needs due to the state's misunderstanding of their operation. Many issues stem from contradictory laws, excessive regulation, undue state interference, and misaligned attitudes towards entrepreneurship. It's stressed that private property and entrepreneurship laws must emphasize rights and interests rather than rules and restrictions, and the only link between entrepreneurs and the state should be through the tax system. The speaker underscores that the interests of entrepreneurs ultimately benefit society and the state.

Age cheating is a widespread problem in many professions in Ghana, including civil-service, sports, and entertainment. This practice compromises the integrity of the affected professions and denies deserving candidates of opportunities. This paper proposes the introduction of a biometric age-verification system as a new approach to curbing age cheating. The proposed system will leverage biometric data such as fingerprints, facial recognition, and iris scans to verify the age of candidates. This paper presents the benefits of a biometric age-verification system, including increased accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Furthermore, the paper discusses the potential challenges of implementing such a system and suggests ways to address them. Overall, the proposed biometric age-verification system is a promising solution to curb age cheating in civil-service and other professions in Ghana.

The article is focused on the problem of radical increase in the demand for specialists of jurisprudence in management due to sharp changes accomplished in the sphere of court – jurisprudence during the first years of establishing Soviet government. Based on the archive sources, the author has noted the attempts made in order to find immediate solution to this problem in Turkestan. The article reflects the establishment of Tashkent Institute of Law, its aims and tasks, the policy of Communist Party in training judicial staff. Peculiarities of training judicial staff in the country was stated in the example of the institute.

Overall, the article emphasizes the significance of the judicial role in driving positive changes in the workplace.

This article provides an overview of the current status of gender equality in Uzbekistan, the prospects for the future, and solutions for increasing gender equality. The article highlights the challenges faced by women in Uzbekistan, including gender-based discrimination in the workplace, a gender gap in education and healthcare, and barriers to accessing employment opportunities and reproductive rights. The article also discusses the initiatives being taken by the government and the UNDP to promote gender equality and provides solutions for increasing gender equality, such as addressing the barriers women face in accessing education and the workforce, promoting gender-sensitive policies and practices, and changing cultural and social norms.

The article discusses the functions, the concept of a welfare state. Studied social security as a function of the welfare state. The author paid attention to the ideas, emergence and development of the social state. And also analyzed the constitutional foundations of the social state and its significance for the citizens of Uzbekistan .The exercise of the constitutional right to social security can be organized in various forms, which are usually distinguished according to such features as the range of those provided; sources and methods of formation of funds to finance relevant activities; types of security; conditions and amounts of security; security agencies.

This article aims to analyze issues and normative legal documents aimed at further improvement of incentive norms in criminal law. Some democratic principles aimed at liberalizing punishments in criminal law were also discussed.

In this article, the author made some comments on some issues of corruption crime and its situation in modern society in accordance with the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, this article examines the concept and features of the corruption crime and its situation in modern society, analyzes the opinions of scientists. The relevant proposals and recommendations for improving the norms of the criminal law related to the corruption crimes are also given.

Based on the analysis of the current criminal legislation, the judicial practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the study of foreign experience, the article discusses some aspects of the qualification of illegal sale and other actions with narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale, committed by persons who have previously committed such crimes, and also formulates proposals for improving legislation.

Police professional doctrine is a critical factor in shaping the conduct and performance of law enforcement agencies. This study provides a historical overview of the establishment and development of police professional doctrine in Sudan, a country that has faced significant challenges related to law and order, governance, and security. The study employs a qualitative research design that draws on primary and secondary sources. The results indicate that the establishment and development of police professional doctrine in Sudan has been shaped by various factors, including colonial legacy, political instability, civil wars, and external influences. The study identifies three distinct phases in the evolution of police professional doctrine in Sudan: the colonial period, the post-independence period, and the contemporary period. The study concludes that the establishment and development of police professional doctrine in Sudan is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a comprehensive understanding of the historical, social, and political context of the country.
