DOI: The Development Of Method Al-Fiqh In Uzbekistan

This article discusses the development of the science of usul al-fiqh in Uzbekistan. There is also information about the science of jurisprudence, the formation of the term “jurisprudence”, the object of Usul al-fiqh, the first schools of jurisprudence, the right to ijtihad, jurisprudential schools, the Movarounnahr school of jurisprudence.
