In the case of technical economic isolation, it is necessary to carry out rapid development
of the footwear industry. That is, the dependence on new techniques and technologies is
known to us. Now the footwear industry is in a very difficult situation. With the transition of
our republic to the market economic conditions, the shoe industry has become a target for
solving a number of problems.That is, it showed the expediency of creating joint ventures,
building small scale enterprises.
