Appearance in this paper depend on encounters from the University of Stavanger. Consideration has been given to the clever utilization of innovation as a method for meeting squeezing difficulties. What's the significance here? I pose a progression of inquiries, the appropriate responses of which structure the reason for a staff improvement program.
