The ability to understand individuals on a deeper level and word related pressure of rustic and metropolitan police concentrated on 120 police constables who were haphazardly chosen from 22 police headquarters of Dharwadtaluk. The ability to understand individuals at their core poll created by Dulewicz and Higgs, 2001, word related pressure scale by Srivastav and Sing, 1984, financial status scale by Agarwal et al., 2005 and self organized survey to gather assistant data were utilized for information assortment.
