DOI: Competence of The Executive Authorities of The Republic of Karakalpakstan In the Socio-Economic Sphere
Abstract
The article analyzes the legal status and scope of powers of the executive authorities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in the field of socio-economic development. The author examines the mechanisms of interaction between republican management bodies and the central ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Special attention was paid to the implementation of state programs aimed at improving the investment climate, modernizing infrastructure, social protection of the population, and overcoming the consequences of the environmental crisis in the Aral Sea region. The work identifies current problems in the legal regulation and practical activities of the region's executive authorities. Scientifically grounded recommendations are offered to enhance their competence to ensure sustainable economic growth.
