Purpose: transition of anemia chronic disease along with other chronic diseases

Materials and methods: 82 patients with chronic anemia were observed

Results: Anemia occurs in infectious diseases, non-infectious diseases, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. The frequency of anemia in chronic diseases is 100%. In terms of prevalence, anemia ranks second after iron deficiency anemia in the elderly, from 2.9 to 61% in men and 3.3 in women. from 41%. Chronic anemia occurs in half of all patients with systemic diseases of the connective tissue. In chronic diseases of the kidney, the hemoglobin level is below 100 g/l. In the treatment of anemia in this category, the main disease is treated first (in infectious diseases, antibacterial treatment against infection, basic and anti-inflammatory treatment in rheumatic diseases, surgery treatment if there is an indication (abscess in the head of the abdomen, purulent pyelonephritis, etc.

Recommending iron preparations and vitamin 12 to these patients will be ineffective because the underlying disease must be treated:

Conclusion: Anemia aggravates the course of a chronic disease if it is accompanied by other chronic diseases.

Women are born with approximately 1-2 million eggs at birth and they have those forever for their life. Data of four patients diagnosed with low serum AMH level visiting OPD of Ayushakti Ayurveda Pvt Ltd were recruited for the study. Four patient’s low serum AMH level data was analyzed in this case report. In all four female patients’ significant positive results were observed in serum AMH levels after three months of treatment. Virechana (Detoxification) was carried out as per classics methods followed by Kaal basti (16 enemas) along with specific Ayushakti Ayurveda Medicinal Herbal Formulas manufactured by Ayushakti Ayurveda Pvt Ltd Pharmacy.

The Ayurveda treatment protocol including Detoxification as a cleansing therapy, Basti (Enema) as nourishing process along with Ayushakti Ayurveda Medicinal Herbal Formulas and herbal remedies in combination were helpful in improving the serum AMH level to a significant level. This combination was helpful for the further course of treatment of the patients with their own eggs

The postmenopausal period of women's life is characterized by metabolic disorders in various tissues, including the dentition, in the form of tooth loss, periodontal disease, increased resorption of the alveolar and jaw bones (Khokhlova E. The high prevalence of dental diseases in postmenopausal women and the difficulties encountered in their treatment and prevention are largely due to insufficient knowledge of the pathogenesis. In recent years, a large number of works have been devoted to studying the nature of the relationship between systemic osteoporosis and generalized periodontitis, however, the available information is contradictory and requires additional research (1, 4).
