The promotion and protection of employee mental health at work is an extremely important factor for the scientific management of modern organizations. The advancement of positive mental health can lead to an improved workplace atmosphere and has been linked to positive work-related outcomes, at an employee-level.    Especially during period of sudden change and forced reorganizations, as in the case of the latest COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of ensuring positive mental health in the workplace is becoming increasingly important. Until the pandemic broke out, remote work was mainly carried out by highly skilled and highly autonomous workers. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, working from home has been adopted by millions of workers in the EU and around the world. These changes may highlight the importance of understanding the concept of employment relations. The concept may have always been extremely important, but in today's world a deep consideration of its influencing factors is necessary, through the understanding of the ways of strengthening industrial relations in different circumstances (such as in the context of teleworking, hybrid models of physical presence in the office and remote working, etc.). In order for the above to be done, there has to be a deeper comprehension of the ways of strengthening relationships, in different reference contexts and conditions (which requires an increased understanding of the “deep” nature of the concept under study).     As a result of the changes brought about by the pandemic, employee stress has increased significantly. This stress was caused by many factors, such as health threats, numerous constraints, isolation, lack of social support, disrupted work-life balance at home, etc.

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the industrial concentration and dispersion patterns in major Indian industrial states. The study aims to assess the spatial distribution of industries within these states and understand the degree of concentration or dispersal. By examining key indicators such as employment, investment, and production across different regions, the research provides valuable insights into the industrial landscape of India. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the economic geography of Indian industrial states and inform policymakers and stakeholders in fostering balanced industrial development.

Milk production plays a crucial role in ensuring food security in India by providing a vital source of essential nutrients. This study analyzes the linkages between milk production and food security, focusing on the availability and accessibility of milk and dairy products, their nutritional significance, and the implications for livelihoods. The findings demonstrate a positive association between milk production and improved food security indicators. Increased milk production contributes to enhanced availability and accessibility of nutrient-rich food sources, addressing both macronutrient and micronutrient deficiencies. Moreover, milk production stimulates sustainable livelihoods, particularly for smallholder farmers, and promotes rural development through income generation and employment opportunities. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and market linkages for dairy farmers exist. To capitalize on the linkages between milk production and food security, it is crucial to invest in sustainable practices, strengthen supply chains, and support smallholder farmers. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in shaping strategies and interventions to further enhance food security through milk production in India.

This study investigates the relationship between audit fees and the financial performance of deposit-taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (Saccos) in the North Rift region of Kenya. The research aims to provide insights into the impact of audit fees on Saccos' financial performance and the overall transparency and accountability in the Sacco sector. The study utilizes quantitative research methods and analyzes secondary data obtained from financial statements and audit reports of selected Saccos. The findings of the study have implications for Sacco managers, regulators, and policymakers in enhancing financial performance and governance practices in the Sacco industry. The results contribute to the existing literature on audit fees and financial performance in the context of Saccos in the North Rift region of Kenya.

Collusion among firms is a significant concern in various industries as it can lead to anticompetitive behavior and harm consumer welfare. This study aims to analyze collusion behavior under different pricing schemes employed by firms. By examining the impact of pricing strategies on collusion, we seek to gain insights into the effectiveness of different pricing mechanisms in deterring or facilitating collusive practices.

Through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation, we evaluate the behavior of firms operating in different industries and markets. We consider pricing schemes such as uniform pricing, price discrimination, and dynamic pricing, among others. The study explores how these pricing strategies affect the likelihood and stability of collusion among firms.
