The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the measures currently being taken in our country for the benefit of our citizens.

Business flourishment is a basis for countries` proper development in terms of capitalism providing that such prosperity is based on a rational legal system. Affluent nations who were able to form strong institutions to protect property rights and enforce contracts are far too ahead of developing countries that fail to set up such legal instruments to eliminate loopholes in their systems thus not being able to enjoy world market opportunities. The legal systems of the nations, especially those courts who implement law and order among the persons, are said to play an important role in availing or restricting business activities. In the formation of good corporate governance in the developed world, historically common law and civil law practices had a lot to say. This article will discover some peculiarities of both systems.

Versatile mechanical technology is a developing pattern lately as portable robots are being utilized in help just as modern areas. The article analyzes the emergence and formation in the normative form of international legal standards of justice for children in international law. The periodization of the normative development of international legal standards of juvenile justice (justice for children) was carried out and a detailed analysis of special international UN documents in the field of justice for children was made. The international legal concepts and the content of the concepts "justice for children", "child-friendly justice", "child-sensitive justice", "access to justice for children" from the point of view of the modern theory of international law are investigated.

The paper analyzes the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in the justice system for children and notes the need for an individual approach to each child and when making a decision to proceed only from human awareness, and not only artificial intelligence.

The author also notes that the current global growing trends of digitalization of all spheres of society contribute to the further development of the electronic justice system, based on which the emergence of a new concept of "electronic justice for children" in international law is predicted.

Natural disasters and human actions have recently caused a variety of environmental changes around the world. Climate and weather patterns are shifting dramatically across the planet, water and soil composition are getting increasingly polluted, and plant and animal species are becoming extinct.

The article discusses the principle of rule of law, scientific approaches towards it, theory and international norms on rule of law. It focuses on guaranteeing human rights through implementation of rule of law principle. Special attention is given to the practice of Uzbekistan, its reforms in human rights sphere in recent years, national mechanisms in providing human rights and implementing rule of law in the country. A number of national laws were analyzed in terms of legal establishment of the rule of law principle, initiatives and the position of the country in international arena was reviewed. It attempts to make several proposals to address a number of problematic issues on this matter.

The article analyzes aspects of protecting consumer rights in e-commerce, as well as ensuring information security at the same time, which hinders the further development of e-commerce in our country.

The article examines the experience of foreign countries in the application of digital technologies in the justice system. It is determined that in most foreign countries, the development of e-justice systems is considered as an integral component of judicial and legal reform. The use of Artificial Intelligence in judicial practice based on computational procedures is a very feasible program and for other countries positioning itself as a legal one. 

It is determined that the use of Artificial Intelligence will avoid the use of traditional methods of resolving legal disputes. Artificial Intelligence is based not on situational logic, but on computational procedures.

It is proved that the use of modern technologies in the justice system will contribute to improving the effectiveness of judicial reforms, ensuring its effectiveness and objectivity. It will simplify the legal process and de-bureaucratize it, reduce court costs and facilitate access to justice.

It is noted that the purpose of using Artificial Intelligence in the judicial system is to create a tool to help in decision-making to reduce, if necessary, the excessive variability of decisions made by courts in the name of observing the principle of equality of citizens before the law. The use of Artificial Intelligence technology based on modern technologies will fundamentally change the judicial process and reduce the workload of the judicial staff.

This article discusses issues related to the consideration of labor disputes, which are one of the important institutions of labor law. In this regard, the labor legislation of both states is analyzed. When highlighting the procedural aspects of labor law, the opinions of scientists are taken into account. A proposal has been developed for further improvement of legislation related to the consideration of labor disputes in the labor market of Uzbekistan.

The article proposes to make additional amendments to some legislative acts in order to further improve the organization and conduct of mass events, strengthen measures to ensure the safety of citizens and public order during their conduct, ensure the legality of the actions of internal affairs bodies and the National Guard during their conduct on the basis of laws and other established normative legal acts. The general concept of a mass event is defined by the author as socio-political conferences, congresses, cultural and entertainment programs of musical, literary and other festivals, concert, theater, sports, advertising events, folk festivals, circus, national performances and games with the participation of 100 or more people, as well as the participation of citizens organized at the venue of a mass event in order to hold national, religious, professional holidays.
