This article examines the challenges and opportunities faced by engineering graduates in Kerala, India. With the rapid growth of engineering education in the state, it is essential to understand the factors that influence the employability and career prospects of engineering graduates. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including interviews, focus group discussions, and surveys, to gather data from engineering graduates, employers, and educational institutions. The study identified challenges such as a lack of industry-relevant skills, limited practical training opportunities, intense job market competition, and a gap between industry expectations and educational curriculum. However, the research also revealed significant opportunities in the booming IT sector, government entrepreneurship initiatives, and potential for research and development activities. The findings have implications for policymakers, educational institutions, and graduates themselves to enhance the employability and address the challenges faced by engineering graduates in Kerala.

This research focuses on the implementation of a remote control system in mobile silkworm houses to improve the weight and quality of silk fibers. The use of a lightweight and portable worm house, equipped with a mechatronic system, resulted in significant improvements in the weight and quality parameters of the obtained silk fibers compared to the traditional method. The integration of special sensors within the greenhouse allows for remote monitoring of CO2 levels. In case of CO2 exceeding the permissible limit, the ventilation system can be remotely activated, and it will be deactivated once the CO2 levels return to the normal range. Comparative analysis was conducted between the silk yield from the mobile worm house and other conventional worm houses, demonstrating the favorable outcomes of the portable wormery with the mechatronic system.

In this article, we can see different methods of killing the live cocoon in order to preserve the quality of the silk, and the methods of killing them are divided into different groups. We will also have information about the initial processing of the cocoon. Therefore, from the cocoon to the New Year season, raw silk is produced non-stop throughout the year. As a result of our research, we can see that deadening the living cocoon, reducing the high moisture content in it, is a pre-treatment process of the cocoon.

Teacher education plays a critical role in shaping the quality of education and national development. This study explores the challenges and opportunities in enhancing the quality of teacher education in Nigeria. The findings reveal significant challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, outdated curriculum, limited resources, and insufficient professional development opportunities for teachers. However, opportunities for improvement exist through curriculum reforms, investment in infrastructure and resources, and enhanced professional development initiatives. Addressing these challenges and seizing the opportunities can lead to the transformation of teacher education, ultimately improving the overall quality of education in Nigeria. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, teacher training institutions, and other stakeholders to drive evidence-based reforms in teacher education.

This article investigates the effect of different emulsifiers on the sensory qualities of high cassava flour composite bread. The study aims to enhance the sensory attributes of cassava flour-based bread, considering the challenges associated with using cassava flour as a partial substitute for wheat flour. By examining the role of emulsifiers in improving texture, aroma, taste, and overall acceptance, this research provides valuable insights into the formulation of high-quality cassava flour composite bread. The results demonstrate the influence of different emulsifiers on sensory characteristics, aiding in the development of optimized formulations for cassava-based bread products.

Preventive measures play a crucial role in ensuring the health and productivity of silkworms in silk farming. In this study, we focus on the implementation of preventive works using a mechatronic system to increase the weight of silk. Disinfection is recognized as a vital tool in combating silkworm diseases by neutralizing pathogenic microbes. The disinfection process targets worm houses and areas where disease transmission is more prevalent during warm feeding. By eliminating potential sources of infection, final disinfection is carried out at the end of the current worm feeding season, particularly in locations with a higher incidence of infectious diseases among silkworms. The integration of a mechatronic system in the preventive measures demonstrates its effectiveness in promoting healthier silk production.

This study aims to assess the impact of high-intensity Adhaan sound created by amplifiers on children playing at fields adjacent to mosques in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Adhaan, the Islamic call to prayer, is an important religious practice and is commonly broadcasted through loudspeakers in mosques. However, the use of amplifiers and the increasing volume levels have raised concerns about potential adverse effects on individuals residing or engaging in activities near the mosques. This study focuses specifically on children playing at fields adjacent to mosques and investigates the impact of high-intensity Adhaan sound on their well-being and quality of life.

The study employed a mixed-methods approach, including sound level measurements and surveys. Sound level measurements were conducted at various locations near the selected mosques to determine the intensity of Adhaan sound. Simultaneously, surveys were administered to parents or guardians of children playing at the fields adjacent to the mosques to collect data on the perceived impact of Adhaan sound on the children's physical and psychological well-being.
