This comprehensive study delves into the nuanced realm of maternal and perinatal outcomes associated with advanced maternal age, shedding light on the multifaceted challenges and opportunities within this demographic. Through an extensive analysis of medical records, demographic data, and healthcare indicators, we explore the complex interplay of factors influencing pregnancy and childbirth for women navigating maternity beyond traditional age boundaries. The findings offer valuable insights into the unique healthcare considerations, risks, and outcomes associated with advanced maternal age, contributing to informed healthcare practices and policy considerations.
