This paper is devoted to the development of an energy-saving intelligent control model for power facilities. Classic power engineering systems, including turbogenerators, boilers, pumps, and distribution grids, are considered. A specific mathematical model for optimal control of turbogenerator operating modes is proposed using intelligent predictive control and a trainable fuel consumption model. The model enables energy loss reduction. The results of a comparative analysis of a traditional PID controller and the developed intelligent model predictive control (IMPC) are presented. Evaluation was conducted using four key metrics: average control error, fuel savings, power loss reduction, and system response time. Experimental data obtained under conditions simulating the operation of a 200 MW turbine control circuit of a power facility were used for the analysis. This model aims to minimize fuel consumption and ensure accurate load schedule compliance. The article describes in detail the structure of the proposed model, its mathematical model, optimization algorithm, and practical significance. An analysis of the model's capabilities was conducted, and it was shown that its implementation allows for a reduction in fuel costs by 5–9%, a reduction in power losses in the network by up to 12%, and a reduction in deviations from the load schedule by 4 times compared to traditional PID control.

Broadcast networks face serious cybersecurity challenges that standard enterprise security cannot solve. Recent ransomware attacks prove this point clearly. Sinclair Broadcast Group lost $74 million when attackers hit 185 TV stations across 86 U.S. markets in 2021. Channel Nine in Australia went offline for 24 hours, forcing live shows to relocate. These attacks show how vulnerable broadcast infrastructure really is. Media organizations run 24/7 operations with real-time content delivery and complex equipment from multiple vendors. This creates perfect targets for ransomware and insider threats that can shut down live programming and steal sensitive content. Zero Trust Architecture works well in business environments. But no existing frameworks address broadcast-specific needs. Media companies remain exposed to attacks that target production systems, automated servers, and distribution networks. This research creates the first Zero Trust framework built specifically for broadcast networks. It combines proven security principles with broadcast threat modeling. The framework protects live production workflows, content integrity, and meets regulatory requirements. The methodology employs controlled simulation testing across three diverse broadcast scenarios: small market television stations, regional broadcast groups, and national media networks. Framework validation includes stakeholder interviews, performance benchmarking, and expert review processes to ensure practical applicability. Testing across three broadcast scenarios shows strong results. Small TV stations, regional groups, and national networks all benefit. The framework improves threat detection by 67%. Ransomware impact drops by 45%. Insider threat detection jumps 78%. All improvements happen without disrupting operations. Deployment takes two weeks for small stations and twelve weeks for national networks. This research advances broadcast cybersecurity theory and provides practical implementation guidance. It fills critical security gaps while keeping the real-time performance that media operations demand.

Architectural design imagining has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, driven by the advent of augmented and virtual realities. The emergence of integrating AR and VR, along with the verification of spatial solutions, is generating new opportunities for real-time data visualization and smart environments. Moreover, mixed reality (MR), which combines augmented and virtual realities, forms a “trio” of technologies, each with unique capabilities and features. These high-tech tools enhance teamwork, reduce risks, and enable architects to craft more resourceful designs that align with client requirements. As augmented and virtual realities become increasingly widespread, ensuring the functionality and quality of these technologies is essential. VR and AR verification provides a means to make both augmented and virtual realities safe, user-friendly, and capable of meeting their intended purposes. Therefore, the accuracy of spatial data, which determines whether geographic analyses yield actionable insights or ambiguous results that may waste end-user resources, is critical.

Against the backdrop of the accelerating expansion of the aesthetic medicine market, where consumer preferences are steadily shifting toward minimally invasive interventions, classical approaches to periocular correction — surgical blepharoplasty and traditional blepharopigmentation — exhibit pronounced limitations and are associated with notable risks. The aim is the scientific substantiation and systematization of the author’s technology of atraumatic blepharopigmentation, built on the principle of layered shadow shading, as a safe and effective alternative for the aesthetic correction of age-related (dermatochalasis) and postinflammatory (cicatricial changes) transformations of the eyelids. The study rests on a hybrid design that combines a systematic analysis of peer-reviewed sources in dermatology, plastic surgery, and micropigmentation with conceptual elaboration and synthesis of the technical principles of the proposed method. In conclusion, it is indicated that the leading complications of traditional blepharopigmentation (pigment migration, necrotic changes, scarring) are a direct consequence of a methodological error — excessively deep and traumatic pigment deposition. In contrast, the proposed technique provides for controlled superficial introduction of the colorant within the papillary dermis with multistage, layered placement, which substantially reduces tissue trauma and prevents the development of complications. This approach makes it possible to form a natural three-dimensional shadow effect, visually reduce upper eyelid hooding, and mask defects that are unattainable by surgical methods alone. The author’s concept of atraumatic blepharopigmentation constitutes a scientifically verified approach that fills the therapeutic gap between invasive interventions and insufficiently effective noninvasive options. Implementation of this method in clinical practice through interdisciplinary collaboration with dermatologists and plastic surgeons can significantly improve patients’ quality of life and psychological well-being by achieving predictable, natural, and safe aesthetic outcomes. The presented provisions are addressed to practicing specialists in aesthetic medicine and permanent makeup, as well as dermatologists and plastic surgeons.

This article examines the technological and physicochemical aspects of blending cottonseed and safflower oils to produce oil compositions with improved consumer and functional properties. The relevance of the study is due to the growing interest in the creation of modified vegetable fat systems with an optimal fatty acid composition, high biological value, and increased resistance to oxidative degradation. The paper analyzes the influence of various ratios of cottonseed and safflower oils on their physicochemical parameters, including acid and peroxide values, iodine value, refractive index, color characteristics, thermal stability, and polyunsaturated fatty acid content. Particular attention is paid to the technological aspects of the blending process: temperature regime, stirring intensity, degree of homogenization, and mixture stability during storage. It was found that the addition of safflower oil, rich in linoleic acid, improves the fatty acid profile and organoleptic properties, while cottonseed oil enhances the oxidative stability and heat resistance of the resulting blend. Optimal oil proportions allow for a balance between stability and nutritional value, as well as improved functional characteristics of the final product. The results confirm the potential of blending as an effective technological technique for expanding the range of vegetable oils, improving their quality, and tailoring their properties to the specific requirements of the food industry.

The article examines how artificial intelligence reshapes churn prediction and customer lifetime value (CLV) management in data-driven marketing. Relevance follows from the growing pressure to align acquisition and retention spending with incremental value under volatile demand and privacy constraints. Novelty lies in integrating uplift-based policy learning, survival-time horizon modeling, and early-signal CLV for media bidding into a single operating blueprint for marketing and sales leaders. The study describes current model families for churn and CLV, reviews evidence on explainability pipelines for managerial sign-off, and evaluates incrementality-aware targeting that reallocates spend from probability-only ranking to causal response. Special attention is given to cold-start acquisition, where CLV must inform bidding before behavioral depth accumulates. This article examines the architecture and functional characteristics of MVCA, an ultra-lightweight PHP MVC framework oriented toward building fast and clean web applications. The relevance of the study is driven by a recurring trade-off in contemporary PHP frameworks: tools designed to tame complexity often become sources of excessive abstraction and performance overhead themselves. This work aims to analyze MVCA in a multi-level manner, both architecturally and comparatively, to determine its position within the existing PHP frameworks and assess how it can be utilized for small- and medium-scale projects. The article is scientifically novel, as it conceptualizes minimalism as a design approach. MVCA abstraction overhead and ORM layers, integrating modern tooling that includes support for PHP 8.1+, WebSockets, and built-in debugging facilities. The framework's core security model particularly stresses, and it implements security by design through strict filtration of user input. MVCA constitutes a balanced alternative to heavyweight platforms like Laravel and Symfony. It can also provide for a balanced option to some classic lightweight solutions such as CodeIgniter, as well as offering a combination of high performance and simplicity, as it supports critically necessary capabilities that position it as an optimal choice for small and medium web projects, APIs, and microservices with heightened requirements for speed, architectural transparency, and security. The article is useful for developers, software architects, and researchers.

With the rapid evolution and proliferation of Large Language Models (LLMs) in natural language processing, researchers and practitioners increasingly explore their potential in software engineering domains such as code generation, automated testing, and deployment workflows. This article presents a comprehensive conceptual analysis integrating insights from recent surveys and empirical studies to propose a unified framework for effectively leveraging LLMs across the software development lifecycle. Drawing on major works, including the broad survey of LLM architectures and capabilities (Zhao et al., 2024), the domain‐specific evaluation of code generation tasks (Chen et al., 2024), and in‐depth analyses of software testing with LLMs (Wang et al., 2024; Fan et al., 2023; Hou et al., 2024), this research systematically synthesizes existing findings, identifies critical gaps, and outlines a structured methodology to address key challenges. The findings highlight substantial variability in evaluation standards, a lack of robust testing pipelines tailored to LLM-generated code, deployment scalability constraints, and limited consensus on best practices. The proposed framework encompasses taxonomy, evaluation guidelines, testing strategies, and deployment infrastructure recommendations. This framework aims to guide future empirical research, industrial adoption, and standardization efforts in integrating LLM-powered tools into software engineering. The article concludes by discussing limitations and suggesting directions for future work, including empirical validation, benchmarking protocols, and governance considerations.

This paper examines the psychovisual effects of camera shake and their influence on viewer perception across various media. The study aimed to systematically investigate the psychovisual mechanisms of shaky-cam and determine the conditions under which it is effective as an expressive device in cinema, immersive, and gaming media. To this end, a comprehensive analysis of neurovisual and physiological experiments was conducted, alongside a comparative review of historical and contemporary cinematographic cases, and an overview of industry reports on image stabilization trends. The relevance of the work is justified by the convergence of two opposing market trends: the ubiquitous adoption of hardware stabilization, which renders smooth imagery the default, and the growth of immersive formats, where deliberate camera shake serves to enhance presence and dramatic tension. Of particular significance is the balance between psychological immersion and the risk of visually induced motion sickness in VR and 360° video. The novelty of the study lies in its interdisciplinary approach, which combines fMRI data on cortical MT/MST activity, EEG studies of the motor cortex, measures of sympathetic response (MSNA, HR), assessments of cognitive load, and industry forecasts for the optical-stabilization and VR-headset markets. This synthesis enables, for the first time, the establishment of clear quantitative boundaries for shake amplitude and frequency across different genres and media. The main conclusions suggest that camera shake enhances the subjective sensation of movement by activating the MT/MST complex and the sympathetic nervous system, while simultaneously increasing cognitive load and increasing the risk of cybersickness. The effect depends on the genre: in action films and horror movies, shaky-cam stimulates emotional arousal; in pseudo-documentary comedies, it strengthens viewer rapport; in VR and games, it requires fine-tuning of head bob and targeted vibrations. Effectiveness is ensured by precise dosing of shake, visual and auditory anchors, and the introduction of islands of calm, with subsequent verification through test screenings. This paper will be beneficial to directors, cinematographers, VR application designers, and researchers studying media perception.

The accelerating adoption of multi-cloud strategies by contemporary enterprises has fundamentally transformed how digital infrastructure is designed, governed, and operationalized. Organizations are no longer constrained by monolithic data centers or single-vendor cloud platforms but instead orchestrate complex portfolios of heterogeneous infrastructure resources that span public clouds, private environments, and edge systems. Within this context, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) has emerged not merely as a technical convenience but as a foundational governance and architectural paradigm that determines how reliably, securely, and ethically digital infrastructures evolve. This study develops a comprehensive theoretical and empirical interpretation of how IaC functions as the central coordinating logic of multi-cloud enterprises, enabling resilience, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation while simultaneously introducing new organizational and technological risks. Drawing on a rigorously constrained literature base that includes seminal industry engineering narratives, formal standardization frameworks, and recent academic analyses of IaC evolution, the article situates the work of Dasari (2025) as a pivotal articulation of enterprise-grade IaC best practices, positioning it within broader debates about automation, semantic stability, and platform governance.The abstract argues that IaC should be understood as a socio-technical system rather than a simple scripting practice. By encoding infrastructure decisions into declarative and procedural artifacts, enterprises externalize architectural intent into version-controlled repositories that can be audited, replicated, and algorithmically validated. This transformation alters power relations within organizations, redistributing control from manual operations teams toward cross-functional DevOps and platform engineering units, as documented in large-scale engineering organizations such as Netflix, Shopify, and Spotify (Netflix Tech Blog, 2022; Shopify Engineering, 2023; Spotify Engineering, 2023). At the same time, regulatory and security imperatives articulated by financial institutions and energy infrastructure authorities impose new constraints on how IaC pipelines must be designed and governed (Capital One Tech, 2023; IEEE Power and Energy Society, 2023). The abstract synthesizes these strands to propose that enterprise multi-cloud success increasingly depends on the semantic integrity, policy alignment, and lifecycle governance of IaC artifacts, rather than on the underlying cloud platforms themselves.Methodologically, the study adopts a qualitative meta-synthesis of academic and practitioner sources, using interpretive analysis to extract recurring patterns, tensions, and emergent design principles. This approach enables the identification of core architectural logics that underpin successful multi-cloud IaC deployments, including immutability, idempotence, policy-as-code, and modular abstraction. The findings suggest that organizations that align IaC practices with continuous delivery pipelines and standardized configuration management frameworks achieve superior operational resilience and auditability, confirming and extending prior empirical claims about automation and performance (Rani and Sharma, 2022; Singh and Gupta, 2023; Humble and Farley, 2010). However, the abstract also highlights unresolved challenges, particularly around semantic versioning, cross-tool interoperability, and the governance of evolving infrastructure components, echoing concerns raised in analyses of Ansible role evolution and multi-cloud orchestrator performance (Opdebeeck et al., 2020; de Carvalho and de Araujo, 2020).By integrating these perspectives, the article contributes a theoretically grounded and practically relevant framework for understanding IaC as the institutional memory and regulatory spine of multi-cloud enterprises. It concludes that future research and practice must move beyond tool-centric debates toward a more holistic conception of IaC as an evolving organizational capability that mediates between technological possibility and socio-economic responsibility.

This article investigates the gradual development of artificial intelligence representations in science fiction literature and the ways in which these images have changed across different historical periods. The study traces how authors have imagined machine intelligence, beginning with early mechanical figures and continuing with more complex and self-directed forms in contemporary works. It examines how writers use AI characters to explore questions related to consciousness, responsibility, creativity and human identity. Special attention is given to the social and ethical concerns that appear in these narratives, including issues of trust, control and the limits of technological growth.  The article also considers the cultural background that shapes these portrayals. It shows that every period brings its own expectations and fears about technology, and that literary images of AI reflect these shifting attitudes. Through the analysis of selected texts, the study explains how fiction has served as a space for thinking about scientific progress and its possible consequences. The findings suggest that representations of AI in literature reveal both the anxieties and the aspirations that accompany technological change, and that they continue to influence how readers understand the place of intelligent machines in human life.

This article examines the key conditions that influence the selection of methods for evaluating investment projects in joint-stock companies. Particular attention is given to economic, financial, and risk-related factors that determine the effectiveness of project appraisal. Based on a systematic analysis, the study develops scientifically grounded proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving investment decision-making and enhancing the overall efficiency of capital allocation in joint-stock companies.

The article examines donor-hair selection for capsule extensions with the goal of reproducing native hair optics and biomechanics. Relevance follows from the industry’s shift away from bulky bonds toward micro- and nano-capsules that lower mechanical load and visual detectability, while patient expectations trend toward medical-grade planning. Novelty lies in translating quantitative thresholds from surgical trichology (shaft diameter classes, density ceilings, hair–skin contrast) into an extension-specific selection protocol and embedding these rules in the author’s InvisiCaps Method. The work synthesizes anatomical, physiological, and therapeutic literature; evaluates non-invasive diagnostic tools for pre-installation profiling; and considers materials science evidence for keratin systems. Special attention is given to caliber matching, shade/contrast control, capsule geometry zoning, and maintenance timing under concurrent therapies. The study goal is to define reproducible criteria for natural outcomes.
